We're open every day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, operating hours may vary based on weather conditions and tides. We recommend calling ahead during monsoon season (June-August) to confirm availability.

We're located at Kaup Beach, Kaup, Udupi District, Karnataka 574106. Look for our bright blue and yellow signboards on the beach. We're near the famous Kaup Lighthouse, making us easy to find!

You can book activities in three ways:

We recommend booking in advance during peak season (October-March) and weekends.

We accept all major payment methods including Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and popular digital wallets like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge. Weather-related cancellations receive full refunds. We'll notify you if conditions aren't safe for your activity.

Safety is our top priority! We maintain a 100% safety record through:

• Certified and trained instructors for all activities
• Regular equipment maintenance and safety checks
• Life jackets provided for all water activities
• Trained lifeguards on duty
• First aid certified staff members
• Weather monitoring and activity suspension in unsafe conditions

No! Swimming is not required for most activities. Life jackets are mandatory and provided for all water sports. Our trained instructors will guide you through everything safely, regardless of your swimming ability.

Age requirements vary by activity:

• Jet Ski: 18+ to drive solo, 12+ with adult
• Parasailing: 12+ years old
• Banana Boat: 8+ years old
• Speed Boat: All ages with life jacket
• Zorbing: 10+ years old

Children must be accompanied by adults for all activities.

Wear: Comfortable swimwear, quick-dry clothes, and secure footwear (water shoes or sandals with straps)

Bring:

• Sunscreen (waterproof recommended)
• Sunglasses with strap
• Towel and change of clothes
• Waterproof bag for valuables
• ID proof for verification
